DURING YOUR STAY CONCIERGE Located in the Main Lobby at both Clubs and is open from 10am to 6pm daily. Concierge staff are here to assist you with all your vacation needs. ROOM KEY OPERATION Place key in front of sensor until light turns green, and then open door. SMOKE-FREE POLICY Club de Soléil is a smoke-free resort including balconies and common areas. Smoking of Tobacco or Marijuana, as well as the use of Electronic Vaping devices is prohibited, and evidence of doing so within guest rooms will incur a $750 cleaning charge. Guest smoking is allowed in designated areas for tobacco and e-cigarettes only. It is illegal to use marijuana outside of your personal residence in the State of Nevada. Please note that we have zero tolerance for the use or consumption of marijuana, in any form and it is strictly prohibited on resort premises. Evidence of marijuana use, in both smoking and non-smoking areas, will result in eviction from the property and alerting of authorities.
