ARRIVAL:

DEPARTURE:

We want you to relax and have peace of mind during your stay!

Advisory:

On Thursday May 7, 2020, the Governor of Nevada unveiled “Nevada United: Roadmap to Recovery” which outlined the states plan to reopen the economy. This roadmap contains phases in concert with federal guidance that will allow non-essential business to open later this month under strict guidelines.

After careful consideration and review of Nevada’s updated guidelines along with positive feedback from guests and owners, it is Club de Soleil’s intention to start taking new arrivals Friday May 15th, adhering to the guidelines set forth by Nevada while providing guests an enjoyable vacation experience.

Our role to you and our community is to keep everyone safe and healthy. While we continue to follow the CDC as well as our state’s guidelines, we’ve imposed additional measures below to keep our commitment towards a safe and healthy vacationing.

You will see our team members wearing protective masks.
Front Desk and Concierge areas will be fitted with plexiglass acrylic screens and safety distance markers on the floor.
Keys and high-contact surfaces such as lobby access doors, stairway banisters, elevator buttons, desks, door handles and floors will be disinfected regularly.
In your room you will notice our proof of "cleaned and sanitized" stickers in high contact areas
We recommend to only ride the elevator with the people in your party.
Please continue to practice 6ft of social distancing between each other on all public areas in our property such as our walkways, hallways and lobbies.
Amenity including aquatics availability and hours will be updated as occupancy dictates and in alignment with government guidelines.
All employees are participating in ongoing training to ensure the health and safety measures are upheld and to protect the health of our guests.
Room assignments will be done to allow for better social distancing efforts.
